MINMAX Opens Philippines Manufacturing Facility to Expand Regional Capacity
MINMAX announces the opening of a new manufacturing facility in Manila, Philippines, to strengthen regional capacity. Completed in 2024, the site covers 6,105 m² with 7,068 m² of gross floor area and currently employs 115 people. The new plant operates under MINMAX’s unified global quality and process system, enabling capacity expansion while maintaining stable, predictable product performance.

Regional manufacturing • Global standards • Trusted delivery
With the Philippines facility online, we align capacity more closely with project timelines and supply-chain nodes. For customers, this means shorter lead times, more flexible lot sizes, and greater supply resilience. It also addresses core expectations around consistent quality, controllable delivery, and more immediate communication. We will continue to expand capacity steadily and optimize processes so design-in and long-term production become more predictable.
The Manila site focuses on transformers and SIP-packaged DC-DC converters. Standardized work instructions and quality gates ensure consistent electrical performance and reliability across sites; when demand fluctuates, the team can flex capacity allocation and delivery plans more efficiently.
We remain focused on consistent quality and predictable timelines—helping customers move from prototype to volume with confidence.
Same MINMAX reliability—now made in the Philippines.
